How we help

Getting started with the NDIS can feel complex. Our team helps people with mental illness understand and access NDIS support. We work collaboratively with other services and health professionals to help you access the NDIS. How we help

  • Explain the NDIS process in plain language
  • Gather supporting evidence and complete forms
  • Communicate with your GP or other supports (with your consent)
  • If suitable, support you to apply for the NDIS
  • Support with eligibility reassessment reviews for people already receiving NDIS
  • Act as a representative for your NDIS application and enquiries, at your request
  • Assist you with understanding NDIS decisions and reviews

You may be eligible for NDIS Access Support if you:

  • Are an adult under 65
  • Live with a significant mental health condition
  • Have had a mental health diagnosis for 2+ years
  • Are applying under a psychosocial disability
  • Have a GP or Psychiatrist to support your application

Our experienced team makes accessing NDIS support clearer and simpler. We're here to guide you through each step.
