If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, we're here to help. Our Youth and Family Counselling team supports young people, parents and carers across Knox, Maroondah and the Yarra Ranges. Whether you're facing challenges at home or school, or you’re looking for support as a parent or carer, you're not alone. We can help with:
- Anxiety, depression and other mental health concerns
- School-related challenges, like bullying and peer pressure
- Stress, self-esteem and emotional wellbeing
- Family conflict and working through problems together
- Grief, loss and significant life changes
- Identity, sexuality and self-discovery
- Setting healthy boundaries and managing expectations
- Short-term parenting support, including connections to trusted services and more
No matter the circumstances, you'll have access to a safe, non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and work through challenges with a qualified counsellor.

This fee covers the cost to deliver this service. We do not receive any other funding for this service.
