How we help

Our Personal Alarm Clinic is a one-off group session led by an occupational therapist (OT). It’s designed to provide practical guidance and hands-on support, so you feel confident using your alarm if you need to. In this session, you’ll learn:

  • How to use and activate your alarm
  • Charging and basic maintenance
  • How to fix common issues
  • Simple tips to build your confidence
  • How to safely try and test your alarm

When it runs: Sessions are held once a month on a Monday.
