How we help
This 8-week program teaches you about pain and how to manage it with movement and useful tips for your daily life. Over the 8 weeks, you will:
- learn why your body feels pain and how pain works
- find out what things in your life might make pain worse or better
- discover different ways to help manage your pain
- try gentle exercises that fit your own needs and abilities.
The program runs on a Friday afternoon. All sessions take place at the Courthouse building, Each Ferntree Gully

- People in select areas, VIC
- Face-to-face at an Each centre
- Eligible NDIS participants

Help to move better, manage pain and stay active
Please contact us to find out when the next program begins. An assessment by a physiotherapist or exercise physiologist will be provided before you can start the program. NDIS and Home Care Package funding accepted.
