Everyone deserves to feel mentally well, no matter their age or where they live. Our team brings caring mental health support to people living in aged care homes. What we offer

We also work with aged care staff to create an environment where everyone can thrive. Available in Residential Aged Care Facilities in the Country to Coast PHN Region. (Sunshine Coast, Wide Bay, and Central Queensland) Better Connect is funded by Country to Coast Queensland through the Australian Government’s PHN Program.
