Tired of feeling tired? We're here to help. The Better Sleep Program is a short, evidence-backed program designed to help you address the underlying causes of your insomnia or poor sleep. In just three sessions, you’ll receive tailored support from a sleep psychologist trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) — the gold standard in insomnia treatment. They’ll take the time to: • Understand your story and sleep challenges • Explore the thoughts and habits that may be keeping you awake • Help you create routines that bring your mind and body back into balance You’ll also receive an informative workbook to guide your journey and track your progress.

This fee covers the cost to deliver this service. We do not receive any other funding for this service.
We believe high-quality sleep should be possible for everyone. That's why the Better Sleep Program is priced to cover only the the cost of delivering the service (we do not receive other funding for this program). Each session with a sleep psychologist is $100, making this program a comparatively affordable option for CTB-I. You don't need a referral, and because our sessions don't require a Mental Health Care Plan, they won't use up your yearly subsidised sessions.
