Better Connect brings together free mental health, alcohol and drug and suicide prevention services for people in Central Queensland, Wide Bay and Sunshine Coast regions. Our 'no wrong door' approach means you spend less time trying to find the right service and more time getting the support you need. We understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming and our team is here to connect you with the right support quickly and compassionately. Better Connect is a partnership of 9 trusted not-for-profit organisations working together to transform how support services are delivered in your community. Better Connect is funded by Country to Coast Queensland, through the Australian Government's Primary Health Network program.

We receive government funding to provide this service. This means you will pay no fee or a small fee, depending on your situation. We'll always talk through the cost before we get started.
You may be able to make care more affordable through Medicare rebates, your private health insurance or other funding support. We're here to help you understand all your options.
NDIS fee schedule
As a registered NDIS provider, we understand that planning your NDIS support takes time and careful thought. A key part of your decision-making is knowing exactly what things cost. We make our prices clear before you start services so you can choose the support that works best for you.
Our home care package fees
We understand that making the most of your home care package helps you live well at home. Knowing exactly how you spend your funding is important for your peace of mind. We keep our fees simple and clear so you can feel confident choosing the support that's right for you.
